4 blame
v винить, обвинять, ставить что-либо кому-либо в вину, корить, укорять: to blame smb or smth for doing smth винить кого-либо за что-либо (за то, что он сделал) (1). Инфинитивная форма глагола to blame часто употребляется с предшествующим модальным глаголом to be и сооответствует русским прилагательным виноватый, виноват:Who is to blame? — Кто виноват?
